Where are your goods mainly exported to?

Our products are mainly exported to more than ten countries including the United States, Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, Denmark, etc。

How to transport goods to customers?

We usually ship by sea because we are in Shaoxing, which is relatively close to Ningbo Port and Shanghai Port, making it very convenient for us to export by sea. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also choose air freight, either from Ningbo Airport or Shanghai International Airport.

What is the payment method?

When quoting, we will confirm with you the transaction method, FOB, CIF, CNF or other options. When producing in bulk, we usually make a 30% advance payment first, and then pay the remaining balance upon presentation of the bill of lading. We mostly use T/T as the payment method, but L/C is also acceptable.

How does your company ensure product quality?Firstly, after each process, we conduct corresponding inspections. For the final product, we will conduct 100% full inspection according to customer requirements and international standards;

Then, we have complete testing equipment: spectrometer, metallographic microscope, universal tensile testing machine, coordinate measuring instrument, hardness tester, etc. The above equipment can fully ensure the provision of high-precision final castings to customers, while also meeting their comprehensive testing requirements for material physical and chemical properties, non-destructive testing, high-precision geometric dimension inspection, and other aspects.

How many employees do you have in your company, including how many technical personnel?

The company currently has over 100 employees, including more than 20 professional and technical personnel and more than 10 engineers.

What is the production capacity of your company?

We have 6 casting and processing production lines, capable of producing over 1800 tons of aluminum alloy castings annually.

Are you producing standard parts?

Yes, in addition to customized products, we also have some standard parts mainly used for textile knitting machinery and glove machines, which we also refer to as textile machine accessories, such as overpasses, aluminum covers, small sheets, etc.

Can you make customized products?

Yes, our main focus is on customized products. We develop and produce products based on the drawings or samples provided by customers.
